He is excellent. I use him a couple of times in the year usually. He is prompt, on time and does a fantastic job. He moves my furniture and sets it up on the foam blocks to dry, so I never have any stains on my carpet from the wood furniture that may have stains that moisture would mess up the carpet or anything. He does a great job. I have been using him for 8 years. I really like this guy. I called him before one time when my pet made a dreadful mess. His schedule was full that day, but he came after he had all the other work and helped me with that mess; otherwise, it would have ruined that carpet, if it would have sat there for days or anything. I cleaned it up, but some things are just dreadful and it got to be attended as quickly as possible. He also uses the materials that are of the high quality.

We were moving out of a condo that that we had been renting for the last two years and at the last minute decided to have the carpet cleaned. We had planned on doing it ourselves but ran behind as we were doing a self move and ahd gotten behind our plans. He fit us into his schedule, was on time, and did the professional job that we needed done. This is our second useage of this company, so we obviously would use them again, as well rcommend them to anyone who was asking or just looking for a good carpet cleaner at very reasonable rates. He was in and out in about an hour, and the carpets were dry when he left. The first time we were just very surprised, but this time we were pleased with our luck finding a good carpet cleaner that we could count on.

When I managed a small apartment complex, I could always count on Chris Lane and his guys to do an excellent job on our move-outs, and when a leak caused a problem with carpeting in one of the units, I could always count on Chris to show up quickly.

In my place, this past week, Chris did a great job not only on my carpeting, but also on my sofa and recliner. Not only can I breathe easier, I don't spend 30 minutes every morning sneezing my head off.
